The FREO designed Slant Wobble Board is the first step in developing foundational core-balance strength and athleticism with its forefoot focused platform and performance-enhancing wobble effect. Once you've developed some foot strength using the FREO Slant Wobble board, you can begin adding in exercises with the FREO Wobble Disk. Allowing more movement under the forefoot during exercises enables even further development of muscle equilibrium. This harmless-looking little disk will fire countless muscle fibers throughout the body to build incredible strength, without heavy weights and without adding performance robbing bulk.
