Return Policy:
We at FREO are dedicated to providing the best quality products to help our customers achieve their personal goals. If you are not satisfied with the products and wish to return them for a refund of the product cost or exchange, you can do so within 30 days of shipment. All items must be returned in their original packaging in undamaged and without visible wear, unless product is deemed defective.
International or overseas orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Defective Merchandise:
If a return/exchange is requested due to a perceived manufacturing fault or quality defect by FREO, the total amount of the item(s) will be refunded in full, or the item(s) will be exchanged free of charge. If you suspect a defect on already worn merchandise, the merchandise must be returned within 30 days of shipment for inspection and determination of eligibility for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.

Please contact us at [email protected] for instruction on returning the product. We recommend shipping your return with a carrier that can provide tracking information and insurance. FREO will not be held responsible for tracking fees, insurance costs, or lost packages. CODs will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. All items must be returned within 30 days of original shipment for a refund/exchange.

International Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Priority Intl. 6-10 Business Days and are Non-returnable and Non-refundable. Any import taxes, duties or VAT are the responsibility of the party placing the order.
